Counternotice Filing

If you believe that your content has been wrongly removed or that you have the legal right to use the material you may report a DMCA counter notification to us, which must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • The identification of the content that has been taken down including the URL of the page where it was found before it was removed.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the marked content has been blocked or disabled as a result of a wrongful complaint.
  • Your contact information (your name, email, address and phone number)
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your country/region and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

If a valid counter notification is made, we may re-post the taken down content within 10 to14 business days, unless the owner of the content that was complained about comes to court and has the content taken down again.
